What should I do to prepare / aftercare tips?
Before your session: Arrive a few minutes early to relax
and Hydrate (drink water) and avoid a heavy meal immediately before.
After the session: Continue to drink plenty of water if you feel thirsty
Rest or go for light movement (walking, gentle stretching).
Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy lifting for at least a few hours. This lets your body relax
What happens in a session?
We start with a short consultation. You’ll be draped for comfort, and pressure is adjusted to your preference.
What should I tell you before starting?
Let us know about injuries, sore areas, health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or skin issues.
Can I come if I’m sick?
Please stay home if you have a cold, flu, fever, or infection.
Massage could worsen symptoms or spread illness. We’ll happily reschedule.
Do I need to undress?
Only to your comfort level. You’ll be covered at all times, most clients wear bottom underwear
How often should I come?
For relaxation, monthly is common. For pain or injury, weekly or fortnightly may help more.
Should I book ahead?
Yes, booking in advance is best, but we’ll fit you in if we can.
Will it hurt?
Massage should not be painful. Let us know if pressure is too much.
